We needed a new water heater as ours was starting to not work and was leaking. Thanks to Javier’s knowledge on water heaters we decided to go with a tankless water heater (which have a lifespan about 2-3x longer than a standard water heater) which help solve an additional two problems we were encountering: running out of hot water and the time it would take to get hot water through out the house. Immediately after installing the tankless water heater with a circulation line, those two problems were solved. The work product from the crew was great as well. You can tell if someone likes their job by the quality of the outcome. Crew is very friendly and made sure they had answered any questions we had. Will definitely be a repeat customer and utilize their monthly membership plan.

Regularly schedule yearly inspection of furnace turned into a malfunction which I did not know about. No fan running - no heat. My patience wore thin and all involved calmed me and resolved the issue all on a very very snowy day. Did everything with a smile, assured me all would be okay and it was by the end of the afternoon. Well done men. I am so grateful. Have been using Patriot Pros for maybe 18 -20 years.

Came out on a Sunday and got our water heater back working. Quick and Friendly service.

Frankie was very polite and respectful and made the effort to get me a good price. Mark came today (2-13-24) and did an excellent job of explaining the thermostat Today, 8-8-24, Javier came with a trainee and fixed my blower fan in very short order. They came to our rescue in less than 24 hrs. All employees have been A+ with their customer service. I'm very happy with today's service!!

All of the staff from Patriot Pros were knowledgeable, efficient, and were very courteous during their work on all of the installation of toilets and other plumbing matters associated with our water connections to sinks and toilets. Patriot Pros are the ultimate professional HVAC+ shop, from owners Sarah & Javier to the techs who worked on our project: Frankie, Anthony, Michael, Craig, & Gerry. While I wish I could say it was free, the cost of the project to replace our furnace and water heater (with a tankless model) and our first ever AC unit was very reasonable, all things considered. From the first visit to the last, each person texted and emailed photos and profiles to let us know whom to expect. The crew’s work ethic was impressive and, while very professional, they were also a pleasure to have in our home. No detail was too small and the installation left everything in the area in as good or better condition than found. We will definitely be continuing our relationship with Patriot Pros for annual checks and (hopefully unnecessary) repairs and replacement.

When our main septic line blocked late in the afternoon, Brendan took our situation seriously and worked to get us the fastest response time possible the next morning. Javier, Brody (and later Anthony) explained the process & costs, did their jobs, and left after all cleanup was done and verified to our satisfaction! As I said, Anthony finished the work later that afternoon, and answered everything asked of him, including finding the source a of one wet spot. Your whole team treated us like gold! 😇

Excellent service! Very professional. Javier and Sarah came out next day and helped us figure out the issue with our system. They also walked us through how to fix other issues that may arise in the future. We will absolutely use this company again for all of our HVAC needs.

Patriot Pros are the absolute best plumbing company!!!! I had a small water leak and Javier came out to fix it the day I called. He was so kind to show me and explain to me exactly what had happened and gave me several options. I chose option B which required a special machine; and since it was the end of the day, I suggested that they return the next day, if possible, to fix the entire problem. Javier said they would return in the morning. The next morning Anthony came to fix the pipes. Anthony is very professional, personable and he did an excellent job!! Once he finished, he explained exactly what he did which was beyond my expectations. Anthony not only fixed the problem and improved the old set up, he left the area spotless!!! I highly, highly recommend Patriot Pros for any and all plumbing issues!! Thank you Patriot Pros!

Alex led our quarterly inspection of our home’s infrastructure. In addition to thorough maintenance, he identified a significant issue with our furnace that was causing health and functioning issues. The identified issue is covered by our home warranty, but if left unchecked, damage would have resulted. I appreciate his diligence in search out the root cause of the concern.

Patriot Pros is more expensive than other providers (way more!), but their work is superb and the techs are professional and proficient! Andrew C. was great.

We discovered Patriot Pros via their flyer in the mail and had them come out to inspect our A/C unit. They fixed a wire with no charge and we were impressed by their courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. I showed them some of the issues in our house. They told us what their company does, how they can help us, and answered our questions in full without any pressure so we could make an informed decision on our own time table. They are prompt, confident, and answer questions in full so the customer has all the knowledge to make the best decision. They treated us with a high degree of respect and dignity, so we had them come back and replace our furnace, A/C unit, water heater, two toilets, 11 corroded stop valves, five drains, and sprinkler valve system with all new appliances and they fixed a few other plumbing issues that were accidents waiting to happen. Plus they installed a new vanity/sink in one of our bathrooms and a new light bar in another bathroom. They completed it all correctly, professionally, and cleaned up what otherwise was a hot mess in our 22 year old house; things that were neglected far too long. We've never seen a team of professionals work so hard for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT to get all of our housing issues repaired and replaced with new, top of the line, appliances. We really don't have the words to express how impressed we are with how WELL and how PROFESSIONALLY this team completed everything. Now we can rest easy knowing we're not going to have a water heater blow up on us, or a furnace or A/C unit go out, or plumbing spring a leak in the middle of the night. Everything this company did for us was WORTH IT a thousand times over. Additionally, their work made our house more marketable so the money we spent we will get back when we decide to sell and move. The cost of all these repairs was ABSOLUTELY AFFORDABLE as Patriot Pros has a finance company that works with their customers. He was very thorough, methodical, & professional. From watching him work, I knew when he got done we were good to go. We're on the Patriot Pros Presidential Club membership and Patriot Pros does checks on our furnace, water heater and AC unit 3 times a year. That builds a lot of confidence knowing Patriot Pros stands behind their work like that, and that if a problem does present, they'll catch it early enough before it turns catastrophic. I had an amazing experience with Patriots Pros. I was unable to book because they don't provide service in my area. However, the customer service was Top-notch. Ms.Genesis was so helpful and professional! Even though I was not able to have work done. She still managed to enlighten my day. If I know someone who needs work in Castle rock or Denver area I will be sure to refer them.

I have to say, I have never met a crew quite like Patriot Pros Plumbing. They are incredibly professional, caring and proud of their work, dedicated and I would say—artisans—as well. It was almost like watching an operating room in a hospital, and I have done filming in those before. The finished product is not only very functional, but is very beautifully crafted! They explain everything very well, and are available at a moment’s notice if anything goes wrong in the future. They even brought us breakfast and lunch at one point—talk about full service! I have a lot of confidence in this business. They really know what they are doing and perform at an extremely high level of expertise. I am beyond pleased with their work!

This was such a wonderful experience. Not only showing up on time and completing on schedule they did fantastic work. They replaced all water valves, hot water heater, and installed a kitchen faucet. Brendon actually arranged things back into place under counters better than I did😊. Brendon loved on my fur babies which also meant a lot to me. Our humidifier was not working. We purchased one, along with a brand new heater and hot water tank (2 years ag) Daryl was our tech and he was just so nice. He came in like an old friend and/or our brother. My conure, Quincy is picky about who he likes AND no issue. Daryl was again part of the family. He answered our questions and was quick and efficient. Once again I will say this company EXCELS at customer service and commitment to do the job correctly and in a timely manner. During our last below zero freeze, I had a pipe freeze. I was very concerned it would burst and would need to pay for costly repairs.
