I’m totally blown away by this company. So professional. So polite. They came out quick and explained everything to me. I was completely comfortable to have them provide me with the service I needed and they did not disappoint. The service tech who did my service work was Zachary Vieth. He did amazing. Super friendly. Thermostat had been going off and on over the last couple days. Christopher and Isaiah came out and noticed some excessive condensation that was tripping the unit. Our humidifier was not working. We purchased one, along with a brand new heater and hot water tank (2 years ag) Daryl was our tech and he was just so nice. He came in like an old friend and/or our brother. My conure, Quincy is picky about who he likes AND no issue. Daryl was again part of the family. He answered our questions and was quick and efficient. Once again I will say this company EXCELS at customer service and commitment to do the job correctly and in a timely manner. I recommend this company, you will not be disappointed. We love Patriot pros they come out and service our furnace and air conditioner. We recommend this company they’re the best! We had a technician come and change the filter in the humidifier, but I guess it wasn’t put in quite right? Shay Came today, May 17, 2025 fix the issue very quick and he was extremely friendly and very professional!

The whole time he asked permission to access places, take off panels, etc and shared findings/education on what was found .. or not. He was very thorough and polite. I am posting again after calling in an emergency request to address a plumbing issue - I had NO water! The technician was very professional, reassuring and thorough in trying to find the cause. In a short time he not only found and solved the problem. He was polite, patient, listened carefully to my remarks. Once again I had to have a service call to get my air conditioner to function. The technician worked very hard (in hot weather) to locate the problem and fixed it . I am so grateful for competent, efficient, excellent effort to stay with staying with the problem and solve it.

Just had the best experience with a plumbing company. Called them in about my dishwasher which just turned out to be a symptom of a larger issue that had been causing lots of other little issues around our house. New, beautiful, tankless, water heater installed and now no more worries. Javier and his team of experts were friendly, courteous, and hardworking. Christopher conducted a detailed inspection of our all our interior plumbing and diagnosed what we thought was a leak in our guest bedroom shower. After testing the drain and supply line, he discovered that some of the grout had shrunk and determined that was the liked source of the leak. We reviewed all of his findings in detail. Patriot Pro's installed a completely new furnace, Water Heater, and AC system for us when our old system was due to be replaced. We had a great experience from start to finish, and our system has been working great from day one. During annual system inspections we've learned a ton of good information from the techs to do routine maintenance tasks ourselves. Each and every person we've talked to representing Patriot Pro's has been a shining beacon of customer service, and helpfulness. As someone that does not have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, it is always a comfort knowing that there is a person to talk to anytime something needs explanation, and we really appreciate being able to get a professional showing up on time during service and inspection appointments. He is professional at all times, friendly and pleasant to interact with! The company itself, PatriotPros, is easy to work with and always customer oriented. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Frankie and Steve checked my water heater to determine the cause of its failure. They did a thorough analysis and determined a breaker had tripped then remedied that. They also found that a part needed to be replaced to meet the current City code. They were professional and explained everything they found. The company is always responsive and pleasant on the phone and in person. I recommend them highly! Nick did an excellent job today doing a check of the furnace/airconditioner. He was quite thorough and explained everything so that I understood what he did. I would recommend Nick and Patriot Pros highly! Today Zavier and Chris fixed an issue for my furnace/air conditioner and recommended I replace the filter monthly. They were very pleasant and kept me informed throughout the process.

He was easily and very quickly able to stop the leaking pressure release valve on our hot water heater that my dad had mistakenly opened and couldn't close. He could've easily just collected the visit fee and left (and we'd have been happy!) but he took the time to inspect our kitchen and bathroom sinks, outdoor hose bibs, and even vacuumed up some water in our laundry room. I really felt he went above and beyond, and was personable and very knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing or looking for every step of the way, really educating - not just "doing." Signing up for their membership program was a no brainer! At a super reasonable $35 a month it covers 3 visit fees, has a savings plan, discounts and just makes sense as a homeowner - especially an older home (our was built in '53!) Patriot Pros are responsive and very knowledgeable. We had a leak in the vicinity of the expansion tank from our well. We called on a Friday afternoon and said Monday or Tuesday would be fine. Not long after, Alex let us know he was coming out then. He assessed the problem and walked us through what the repair would cost. He was able to get the replacement tank Saturday morning and came out with his coworker, Sam. The quickly and efficiently took out the old tank, replaced it with the new one, and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for better customer service or professional work.

Half of my basement was without power. Xavier had to pinpoint the one wire that was causing the short circuit. Seemed like needle in a haystack to me. Outage was resolved most efficiently. Alex and Chris fixed my water leak from my shower. Because we were later on the schedule, the job completion went into the evening. We had sleeping kiddos and and early risers that had to go to sleep while they were here. Update: As additional needs have come up, Patriot Pros continues to deliver top notch service! We had a gas leak that left us without heat or hot water. The Patriot Pros team worked long hours to make sure we would have heat before a winter storm was scheduled to hit. They went above and beyond in all areas. After the storm we had them back out to do some additional work on our home and they not only plowed our driveway but helped an Amazon employee who's car was stuck in our driveway.
