4 days agoOur humidifier was not working. We purchased one, along with a brand new heater and hot water tank (2 years ag) Daryl was our tech and he was just so nice. He came in like an old friend and/or our brother. My conure, Quincy is picky about who he likes AND no issue. Daryl was again part of the family. He answered our questions and was quick and efficient. Once again I will say this company EXCELS at customer service and commitment to do the job correctly and in a timely manner. I recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.
We love Patriot pros they come out and service our furnace and air conditioner. We recommend this company they’re the best! We had a technician come and change the filter in the humidifier, but I guess it wasn’t put in quite right? Shay Came today, May 17, 2025 fix the issue very quick and he was extremely friendly and very professional!

7 days agoPatriot Pro's installed a completely new furnace, Water Heater, and AC system for us when our old system was due to be replaced. We had a great experience from start to finish, and our system has been working great from day one. During annual system inspections we've learned a ton of good information from the techs to do routine maintenance tasks ourselves. Each and every person we've talked to representing Patriot Pro's has been a shining beacon of customer service, and helpfulness. As someone that does not have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, it is always a comfort knowing that there is a person to talk to anytime something needs explanation, and we really appreciate being able to get a professional showing up on time during service and inspection appointments.
We cannot recommend Patriot Pro's strongly enough! This is a company that truly has gone above and beyond providing us with top-level service, great products, and perfect installation.

1 week agoSamuel went above and beyond to troubleshoot multiple things going on in my house, even checking additional things like my water pressure and pipes to ensure no leaks that I had not even called them to investigate. He was very professional and his attention to detail was much appreciated! Patriot Pros was great to work with. I was traveling and had an absolute failure on a system that was installed by a less reputable HVAC service. Patriot Pros got us up to code and working with a more efficient and quiet system. Even helped us fix the water heater that I had installed myself 😬

Xavier did an outstanding job installing a whole house surge protector. He is professional at all times, friendly and pleasant to interact with! The company itself, PatriotPros, is easy to work with and always customer oriented. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
Frankie and Steve checked my water heater to determine the cause of its failure. They did a thorough analysis and determined a breaker had tripped then remedied that. They also
found that a part needed to be replaced to meet the current City code. They were professional and explained everything they found. The company is always responsive and pleasant on the phone and in person. I recommend them highly!
Nick did an excellent job today doing a check of the furnace/airconditioner. He was quite thorough and explained everything so that I understood what he did. I would recommend Nick and Patriot Pros highly!
Today Zavier and Chris fixed an issue for my furnace/air conditioner and recommended I replace the filter monthly. They were very pleasant and kept me informed throughout the process.

1 month agoI would happily give Alex at Patriot Pros 10 stars if I could!
He was easily and very quickly able to stop the leaking pressure release valve on our hot water heater that my dad had mistakenly opened and couldn't close. He could've easily just collected the visit fee and left (and we'd have been happy!) but he took the time to inspect our kitchen and bathroom sinks, outdoor hose bibs, and even vacuumed up some water in our laundry room.
I really felt he went above and beyond, and was personable and very knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing or looking for every step of the way, really educating - not just "doing."
Signing up for their membership program was a no brainer! At a super reasonable $35 a month it covers 3 visit fees, has a savings plan, discounts and just makes sense as a homeowner - especially an older home (our was built in '53!)

The three projects Patriot Pros has done for me have been so great, that even my neighbors have used them too. The picture attached is my last project of moving my main shut off valve from the crawl space to my main level. Patriot Pros are the ones to go with if you need a job done right with a professional team, and a whole lot of kindness!

2 months agoPatriot Pros are responsive and very knowledgeable. We had a leak in the vicinity of the expansion tank from our well. We called on a Friday afternoon and said Monday or Tuesday would be fine. Not long after, Alex let us know he was coming out then. He assessed the problem and walked us through what the repair would cost. He was able to get the replacement tank Saturday morning and came out with his coworker, Sam. The quickly and efficiently took out the old tank, replaced it with the new one, and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for better customer service or professional work.

2 months agoAlex came out on a weekend to fix a water line for a new fridge due to lack of proper work previously. We have gone through 2 refrigerators because of the lack of past work and are grateful for his professionalism and expertise late on a Sunday night. I am part of their Presidential Program where they inspect your heater and AC every year to make sure there aren't any problems. 2 months agoMy experience with Xavier from Patriot Pros was exceptional. Prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of my home. was able to troubleshoot and resolve a baffling situation. Half of my basement was without power. Xavier had to pinpoint the one wire that was causing the short circuit. Seemed like needle in a haystack to me. Outage was resolved most efficiently. Kudos also to the schedulers for their prompt response to inquiries, their follow-up and the constant communication throughout the process. Wonderful customer service.

My water heater was going out, and Alex and his team we're out the next business day to replace the existing with a new water heater. with new parts. Patriot Pros removed the old water heater and provided a county inspection with the new installation. Very clean install and all concerns were answered on the spot. The customer is always #1 priority. I highly recommend Patriot Pros for your HVAC needs.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Nicholas who came out, fixed the leak, and on top of that throughly checked the rest of the home. I think what made the entire experience stand out was his true passion for the job and his patience to educate us and truly walk us through the entire process.
Hands down best experience, will recommend to anyone.

2 months agoAlex and Chris fixed my water leak from my shower. Because we were later on the schedule, the job completion went into the evening. We had sleeping kiddos and and early risers that had to go to sleep while they were here. When the water turns back on they were extra cautious to make sure that the sound it makes was not too disruptive to anyone sleeping which I thought was so kind. I wasn’t even thinking about it. They walked me through everything they did and were such a pleasure to work with. They made sure all my questions were answered even before they started work. They explained the problem in detail and quickly obtained a replacement part locally. As such, our furnace was fixed and fully operational in a matter of a few hours while outdoor temperatures were below freezing. They helped me get it put back together without flooding the bathroom or waiting until the next day to turn the water back on in the house! They explained what was happening and why and even helped me discover some other issues that I wasn’t even aware of! We had a gas leak that left us without heat or hot water. The Patriot Pros team worked long hours to make sure we would have heat before a winter storm was scheduled to hit. They went above and beyond in all areas. After the storm we had them back out to do some additional work on our home and they not only plowed our driveway but helped an Amazon employee who's car was stuck in our driveway. I highly recommend Patriot Pros!

He is very thoughtful and professional in every way. He took time out to first listen to me describe the issues I was seeing with our Steam Humidifier…then he explained in full detail what his plan was to troubleshoot to find a solution. At every step, he kept us informed to insure total transparency of his effort. He very competent in his trade and very detail oriented in his work…lastly, he followed up with the manufacture to confirm the fix was the best option! No doubt he is second to none!
He is highly qualified and trained HVAC technician, and the company Patriot Pros provided support and responsive customer care thru every step…you will not go wrong using them for you HVAC and Plumbing job…they are my first and foremost provider!

3 months ago10 STARS I feel very lucky to have had my wife call Patriot Pros. At 1st I was worried the issue would be absolutely insane expensive. Once Javier got here I immediately felt in great hands. Not only was I able to be a part of the troubleshooting process. But I learned a ton more than I ever knew about plumbing and many more things. I appreciated that the most as any education and knowledge is absolutely priceless. You know -teach a man to fish and all. Javier explained everything he was doing to diagnose the leak and taught me about every step as well as allot of general tips that every new homeowner should know! He has mastered the art of plumbing as well as HVAC and was impressively knowledgeable and has the rare ability to explain every bit of it making it is very easily understandable. Patriot Pros also has a greatly valuable 3 time a year service plan which as a new homeowner.. is priceless. If you call these guys . You're in great hands so breathe easy! Take care!

4 months agoWe had the unfortunate experience of a broken pipe on a newly purchased home. I cannot express how grateful I am for Nicholas who came out, fixed the leak, and on top of that throughly checked the rest of the home. I think what made the entire experience stand out was his true passion for the job and his patience to educate us and truly walk us through the entire process.
Hands down best experience, will recommend to anyone.

4 months agoThey did a great job on our recent water service freeze….. we’ve used Patriot pros several times in the past, and they have always been very prompt, and able to analyze and solve the problems we have had. On this recent water service freeze up, they identified the problem, and brought a pipe deicing machine and thawed out the freeze within a few hours! Nick worked late into the night, to get the problem resolved. We recommend them highly.

4 months agoJavier and his crew did a wonderful job installing a new HALO, whole house filtration and conditioning system, a ultraviolet sterilization system, an iron shield system , a sand master; to prevent sand from accumulating in your pressure tank, a new pressure tank, an acid water neutralizer, and a Moen flo wi-fi smart sensor. They were thorough in their explanation of the system, the installation was smooth and everything done as it was explained to me prior to starting.
If you have concerns about your copper pipes being eaten by our acidic well water and the quality of your drinking water I would recommend Patriot Pros to have your problems alleviated!

5 months agoThe whole experience was very professional and personal at the same time. When I called the first time the lady that answered the phone was very thorough in her questions and confirming my answers. She told me a dispatcher would be in touch about scheduling. Sara called me back shortly after and took all of the information, gave me her direct line back if I had questions. The next day everything went exactly as she had said. The technician, I am bad with names, was just amazing; very thorough and so courteous and thoughtful. Explained everything very well - the only disappointment was the manufacturer's warranty that basically covered 1/18th of the cost of a $4,000 part - not this companies fault but I sure would research what is being put in your home because our furnace is only 2 years old, just past Patriot Pro's warranty and then the manufacturer only covered $600 of a $4,000 blower motor that should not have gone out at 2 years. The people at Patriot Pros are professionals from start to finish.
