Patriot Pros are the absolute best plumbing company!!!! I had a small water leak and Javier came out to fix it the day I called. He was so kind to show me and explain to me exactly what had happened and gave me several options. I chose option B which required a special machine; and since it was the end of the day, I suggested that they return the next day, if possible, to fix the entire problem. Javier said they would return in the morning. The next morning Anthony came to fix the pipes. Anthony is very professional, personable and he did an excellent job!! Once he finished, he explained exactly what he did which was beyond my expectations. Anthony not only fixed the problem and improved the old set up, he left the area spotless!!! I highly, highly recommend Patriot Pros for any and all plumbing issues!! Thank you Patriot Pros!

Alex led our quarterly inspection of our home’s infrastructure. In addition to thorough maintenance, he identified a significant issue with our furnace that was causing health and functioning issues. The identified issue is covered by our home warranty, but if left unchecked, damage would have resulted. I appreciate his diligence in search out the root cause of the concern.

Nick did an awesome job. He was super friendly. He took the time to explain what he needed to do and then followed up showing me what was done. He also showed me things that I could do to keep everything running efficiently.

Javier did an urgent service call to replace my leaking main water shutoff valve. His work and communication were both outstanding. He also provided excellent advice on updating my home’s various systems. He’s a true professional.

I have to say, I have never met a crew quite like Patriot Pros Plumbing. They are incredibly professional, caring and proud of their work, dedicated and I would say—artisans—as well. It was almost like watching an operating room in a hospital, and I have done filming in those before. The finished product is not only very functional, but is very beautifully crafted! They explain everything very well, and are available at a moment’s notice if anything goes wrong in the future. They even brought us breakfast and lunch at one point—talk about full service! I have a lot of confidence in this business. They really know what they are doing and perform at an extremely high level of expertise. I am beyond pleased with their work!

This was such a wonderful experience. Not only showing up on time and completing on schedule they did fantastic work. They replaced all water valves, hot water heater, and installed a kitchen faucet. Brendon actually arranged things back into place under counters better than I did . Brendon loved on my fur babies which also meant a lot to me. My daughter wanted a second opinion on an issue and I strongly recommended Patriot Pros!

Our humidifier was not working. We purchased one, along with a brand new heater and hot water tank (2 years ag) Daryl was our tech and he was just so nice. He came in like an old friend and/or our brother. My conure, Quincy is picky about who he likes AND no issue. Daryl was again part of the family. He answered our questions and was quick and efficient. Once again I will say this company EXCELS at customer service and commitment to do the job correctly and in a timely manner. I recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

They are not the cheapest solution by any means, but they bring value in the way they run the company; very professional. We needed a new water heater as ours was starting to not work and was leaking. Thanks to Javier’s knowledge on water heaters we decided to go with a tankless water heater (which have a lifespan about 2-3x longer than a standard water heater) which help solve an additional two problems we were encountering: running out of hot water and the time it would take to get hot water through out the house. Immediately after installing the tankless water heater with a circulation line, those two problems were solved. The work product from the crew was great as well. You can tell if someone likes their job by the quality of the outcome. Crew is very friendly and made sure they had answered any questions we had. Will definitely be a repeat customer and utilize their monthly membership plan.

Clarissa checked the lavatories to ensure proper functioning, adjusted the pressure at my request and sealed a small spot on the guest bathtub. She was professional, personable and an excellent representative of her company, Patriot Pros! I recommend this company highly! Xavier did an outstanding job installing a whole house surge protector. He is professional at all times, friendly and pleasant to interact with! The company itself, PatriotPros, is easy to work with and always customer oriented. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Frankie and Steve checked my water heater to determine the cause of its failure. They did a thorough analysis and determined a breaker had tripped then remedied that. They also found that a part needed to be replaced to meet the current City code. They were professional and explained everything they found. The company is always responsive and pleasant on the phone and in person. I recommend them highly! Nick did an excellent job today doing a check of the furnace/airconditioner. He was quite thorough and explained everything so that I understood what he did. I would recommend Nick and Patriot Pros highly!
