They are very professional and you get what you pay for. On their way out to my house for the service call, they even offered to pick something up from the store, just in case I needed anything. I called Patriot Pros this afternoon to schedule an AC appointment, and the experience was outstanding. They arrived within an hour, right on time, and called ahead before arriving. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor, which they replaced on the spot. They also took the time to explain what happened and shared preventative maintenance tips, with no upselling. Best of all, the total cost was only $50.
