Jeremiah and Parker were real heroes! I called Patriot Pros in a complete panic as my water softener started gushing water and I couldn’t stop it. They came within 20 minutes. They figured out what was happening and gave me options as to how to proceed. They were very clear and I understood exactly what to expect. They cleaned up the mess that the gushing water had made and left fans to speed up the drying process. Their service was far beyond what I would ever expect to receive from two technicians whom I have never met. Everyone knows that calling up a company to get work done is daunting and you never know if you’re going to get taken advantage of or not. They took no shortcuts in diagnosing the problem with my septic tank and giving me realistic insight into what the job entailed and how much it would run. They provided me constant updates to include pictures and findings while at my house looking at the septic tank. I called two other companies before using Patriot Pros and did not receive the level of customer service or care that Jeremiah and Rhett provided me with.
