The technician provided excellent service searching for possible problems with the air conditioner. The whole time he asked permission to access places, take off panels, etc and shared findings/education on what was found .. or not. He was very thorough and polite. I am posting again after calling in an emergency request to address a plumbing issue - I had NO water! The technician was very professional, reassuring and thorough in trying to find the cause. Christopher conducted a detailed inspection of our all our interior plumbing and diagnosed what we thought was a leak in our guest bedroom shower. After testing the drain and supply line, he discovered that some of the grout had shrunk and determined that was the liked source of the leak. We reviewed all of his findings in detail. I have used Patriot Pros for several years, and will continue to do so. They are very professional and honest. They will not sell you what you don't need! I am part of their Presidential Program where they inspect your heater and AC every year to make sure there aren't any problems. Patriot came out this morning and we agreed to put in a new system. Their guys were here 2 hrs. later and by 7:00 pm we have cool air coming out the vents. All their guys were polite and did not leave a mess. When I was putting in my password in the Nest thermostat I kept messing up but Wolfgang was patient and kept helping me get it right. Great crew.
