I called late last night about having no well water and our boiler not coming on. They called me back first thing this morning to say they were on their way. I told her I didn’t think they could get up our drive after the blizzard. She called her technician back to have him wait at the bottom of the driveway. We determined he could make it up with his vehicle, so he followed me to the house. Javier checked out our pressure valve for the well and found it defective. He replaced valve and got water restored. We found the boiler issue was related to the lack of water and were able to get the boiler back online. Very pleased with Javier’s help and knowledge. Great job.
