3 days agoAlex and Sam meticulously inspected and tested our furnace to diagnose the issue that was preventing it from functioning. They explained the problem in detail and quickly obtained a replacement part locally. As such, our furnace was fixed and fully operational in a matter of a few hours while outdoor temperatures were below freezing. They helped me get it put back together without flooding the bathroom or waiting until the next day to turn the water back on in the house! They explained what was happening and why and even helped me discover some other issues that I wasn’t even aware of! We had a gas leak that left us without heat or hot water. The Patriot Pros team worked long hours to make sure we would have heat before a winter storm was scheduled to hit. They went above and beyond in all areas. After the storm we had them back out to do some additional work on our home and they not only plowed our driveway but helped an Amazon employee who's car was stuck in our driveway. I highly recommend Patriot Pros!

He is very thoughtful and professional in every way. He took time out to first listen to me describe the issues I was seeing with our Steam Humidifier…then he explained in full detail what his plan was to troubleshoot to find a solution. At every step, he kept us informed to insure total transparency of his effort. He very competent in his trade and very detail oriented in his work…lastly, he followed up with the manufacture to confirm the fix was the best option! No doubt he is second to none!
He is highly qualified and trained HVAC technician, and the company Patriot Pros provided support and responsive customer care thru every step…you will not go wrong using them for you HVAC and Plumbing job…they are my first and foremost provider!

4 weeks ago10 STARS I feel very lucky to have had my wife call Patriot Pros. At 1st I was worried the issue would be absolutely insane expensive. Once Javier got here I immediately felt in great hands. Not only was I able to be a part of the troubleshooting process. But I learned a ton more than I ever knew about plumbing and many more things. I appreciated that the most as any education and knowledge is absolutely priceless. You know -teach a man to fish and all. Javier explained everything he was doing to diagnose the leak and taught me about every step as well as allot of general tips that every new homeowner should know! He has mastered the art of plumbing as well as HVAC and was impressively knowledgeable and has the rare ability to explain every bit of it making it is very easily understandable. Patriot Pros also has a greatly valuable 3 time a year service plan which as a new homeowner.. is priceless. If you call these guys . You're in great hands so breathe easy! Take care!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Nicholas who came out, fixed the leak, and on top of that throughly checked the rest of the home. 1 month agoThey did a great job on our recent water service freeze….. we’ve used Patriot pros several times in the past, and they have always been very prompt, and able to analyze and solve the problems we have had. On this recent water service freeze up, they identified the problem, and brought a pipe deicing machine and thawed out the freeze within a few hours! Nick worked late into the night, to get the problem resolved. We recommend them highly.

2 months agoJavier and his crew did a wonderful job installing a new HALO, whole house filtration and conditioning system, a ultraviolet sterilization system, an iron shield system , a sand master; to prevent sand from accumulating in your pressure tank, a new pressure tank, an acid water neutralizer, and a Moen flo wi-fi smart sensor. They were thorough in their explanation of the system, the installation was smooth and everything done as it was explained to me prior to starting.
If you have concerns about your copper pipes being eaten by our acidic well water and the quality of your drinking water I would recommend Patriot Pros to have your problems alleviated!

3 months agoThe whole experience was very professional and personal at the same time. When I called the first time the lady that answered the phone was very thorough in her questions and confirming my answers. She told me a dispatcher would be in touch about scheduling. Sara called me back shortly after and took all of the information, gave me her direct line back if I had questions. The next day everything went exactly as she had said. The technician, I am bad with names, was just amazing; very thorough and so courteous and thoughtful. Explained everything very well - the only disappointment was the manufacturer's warranty that basically covered 1/18th of the cost of a $4,000 part - not this companies fault but I sure would research what is being put in your home because our furnace is only 2 years old, just past Patriot Pro's warranty and then the manufacturer only covered $600 of a $4,000 blower motor that should not have gone out at 2 years. The people at Patriot Pros are professionals from start to finish.

4 months agoWe needed a new water heater as ours was starting to not work and was leaking. Thanks to Javier’s knowledge on water heaters we decided to go with a tankless water heater (which have a lifespan about 2-3x longer than a standard water heater) which help solve an additional two problems we were encountering: running out of hot water and the time it would take to get hot water through out the house. Immediately after installing the tankless water heater with a circulation line, those two problems were solved.
The work product from the crew was great as well. You can tell if someone likes their job by the quality of the outcome. Crew is very friendly and made sure they had answered any questions we had. Will definitely be a repeat customer and utilize their monthly membership plan.

4 months agoRegularly schedule yearly inspection of furnace turned into a malfunction which I did not know about. No fan running - no heat. My patience wore thin and all involved calmed me and resolved the issue all on a very very snowy day. Did everything with a smile, assured me all would be okay and it was by the end of the afternoon. They were able to get me in early so I wasn’t late for work and were very efficient taking care of my inspection. Luckily, no repairs needed this time but when I need them, I will definitely call!

Today, 8-8-24, Javier came with a trainee and fixed my blower fan in very short order. They came to our rescue in less than 24 hrs. All employees have been A+ with their customer service. I'm very happy with today's service!!

5 months agoAll of the staff from Patriot Pros were knowledgeable, efficient, and were very courteous during their work on all of the installation of toilets and other plumbing matters associated with our water connections to sinks and toilets. If you have not used their services... they should be you first and only call.

5 months agoPatriot Pros are the ultimate professional HVAC+ shop, from owners Sarah & Javier to the techs who worked on our project: Frankie, Anthony, Michael, Craig, & Gerry. While I wish I could say it was free, the cost of the project to replace our furnace and water heater (with a tankless model) and our first ever AC unit was very reasonable, all things considered. From the first visit to the last, each person texted and emailed photos and profiles to let us know whom to expect. The crew’s work ethic was impressive and, while very professional, they were also a pleasure to have in our home. No detail was too small and the installation left everything in the area in as good or better condition than found. We will definitely be continuing our relationship with Patriot Pros for annual checks and (hopefully unnecessary) repairs and replacement.

5 months agoWhen our main septic line blocked late in the afternoon, Brendan took our situation seriously and worked to get us the fastest response time possible the next morning. Javier, Brody (and later Anthony) explained the process & costs, did their jobs, and left after all cleanup was done and verified to our satisfaction!
As I said, Anthony finished the work later that afternoon, and answered everything asked of him, including finding the source a of one wet spot.
Your whole team treated us like gold! 😇

I had a small water leak and Javier came out to fix it the day I called. He was so kind to show me and explain to me exactly what had happened and gave me several options. I chose option B which required a special machine; and since it was the end of the day, I suggested that they return the next day, if possible, to fix the entire problem. Javier said they would return in the morning.
The next morning Anthony came to fix the pipes.
Anthony is very professional, personable and he did an excellent job!! Once he finished, he explained exactly what he did which was beyond my expectations. Anthony not only fixed the problem and improved the old set up, he left the area spotless!!!
I highly, highly recommend Patriot Pros for any and all plumbing issues!! Thank you Patriot Pros!

5 months agoAlex led our quarterly inspection of our home’s infrastructure. In addition to thorough maintenance, he identified a significant issue with our furnace that was causing health and functioning issues. The identified issue is covered by our home warranty, but if left unchecked, damage would have resulted. I appreciate his diligence in search out the root cause of the concern.
