I cannot tell you just how happy I am with this experience. Incredibly fast response and an onsite visit. Great communication about who was coming and the process. Very fast response to replacement. Wonderful nice people who visited and did the work. Patriot Pros will be my go-to company going forward.

Chad and his crew installed a new furnace at my home in Larkspur last month. The guys worked hard and were respectful of my wife and me and our dog during the all-day job. I thought Chad managed the effort well, keeping us up-to-date as the project evolved and effectively explaining the final product upon completion.

Very fine customer service. These people know how to communicate with the customer. This is the first outfit that I have used that have technicians that care about and know how to perform their job. You will be surprised by the customer service.

They were great explaining everything they were doing and very upfront with cost Zach and his team are the best. We needed emergency service and they got it done very fast. We will definitely use these guys again.
