I have to say, I have never met a crew quite like Patriot Pros Plumbing. They are incredibly professional, caring and proud of their work, dedicated and I would say—artisans—as well. It was almost like watching an operating room in a hospital, and I have done filming in those before. The finished product is not only very functional, but is very beautifully crafted! They explain everything very well, and are available at a moment’s notice if anything goes wrong in the future. They even brought us breakfast and lunch at one point—talk about full service! I have a lot of confidence in this business. They really know what they are doing and perform at an extremely high level of expertise. I am beyond pleased with their work!

1 week agoParker and Tate provided outstanding service and demonstrated professionalism from before they even arrived and until they left after diagnosing and fixing my irrigation issue. While diagnosing the irrigation issue they noted few other problems but ensured I felt knowledgeable and comfortable about getting those taken care of. Will be calling Patriot Pros for any service I need in the future.

He showed me the problem that I was having, talked me through why and how it happened, and then presented me options on how to remedy it. There was no upselling, pressure to sign an estimate before he left, or any of the other tactics different companies use to get your business.

I called Patriot Pros in a complete panic as my water softener started gushing water and I couldn’t stop it. They came within 20 minutes. They figured out what was happening and gave me options as to how to proceed. They were very clear and I understood exactly what to expect. They cleaned up the mess that the gushing water had made and left fans to speed up the drying process. I can’t thank these guys enough and I can highly recommend them as plumbers and great, polite and professional guys.

2 weeks agoThere are few words to express the absolute professionalism, respect and service I got from both Jeremiah Gray and Rhett Parker Mudge. Their service was far beyond what I would ever expect to receive from two technicians whom I have never met.
Everyone knows that calling up a company to get work done is daunting and you never know if you’re going to get taken advantage of or not. Jeremiah and Rhett were completely forthcoming and honest when quoting me for a potentially large and costly job. They took no shortcuts in diagnosing the problem with my septic tank and giving me realistic insight into what the job entailed and how much it would run. They provided me constant updates to include pictures and findings while at my house looking at the septic tank.
I called two other companies before using Patriot Pros and did not receive the level of customer service or care that Jeremiah and Rhett provided me with.
It is absolutely necessary that we as a society stop to honor and commend the men who provide quality care and service when it is not commanded in our current world. Furthermore, we must deliberately defend and rigorously endorse those who provide quality craftsmanship in an age where the mundane and crooked so often are the first encounter when help is requested.
Rhett and Jeremiah walk among us as men, more than likely without ever asking for consideration or pause…. Today I honor them with this review in that many will read my words and decide to invest in more than mere words or slogans from a company… Rather that they too may receive the level of virtue and warmth that Rhett and Jeremia bestowed upon my home and my septic tank.

When Jeremiah and Parker evaluated the issue not only were all my questions answers, but they were clear and concise. 1 month agoPatriot came out this morning and we agreed to put in a new system. Their guys were here 2 hrs. later and by 7:00 pm we have cool air coming out the vents. All their guys were polite and did not leave a mess. When I was putting in my password in the Nest thermostat I kept messing up but Wolfgang was patient and kept helping me get it right. Great crew.

1 month agoI called late last night about having no well water and our boiler not coming on. They called me back first thing this morning to say they were on their way. I told her I didn’t think they could get up our drive after the blizzard. She called her technician back to have him wait at the bottom of the driveway. We determined he could make it up with his vehicle, so he followed me to the house. Javier checked out our pressure valve for the well and found it defective. He replaced valve and got water restored. We found the boiler issue was related to the lack of water and were able to get the boiler back online. Very pleased with Javier’s help and knowledge. Great job.

Each one was skilled and specialized. They worked tirelessly for three straight days, not stopping until everything was absolutely perfect.

2 months agoPatriot Pros Parker and Daniel showed up early and did a great job. Parker had originally come out to figure out what the problem was and he was worried about how high the pressure was. We needed a new pressure relief valve. My sister and I were a little concerned about the price and wanted a second opinion. Dad has used Patriot Pros for years.
My sister talked with the owners while I made Dad delay so I could get a second opinion. Even with my sister and I being difficult, they were patient and professional. They explained what needed to be done and why to my dad a second time. I greatly appreciate them taking good care of my parents and would highly recommend them.

He identified the problems and found other areas that needed repair (before they became catastrophic problems). The team came later the same day and fixed them all. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They were all respectful and carefully in our home. We will hire them again for any plumbing or heating concerns.

I have no words for the amount of compassion and love they pour into the business. You get what you pay for and i'll always recommend paying for value instead of the cheapest you can find. When I move and get my forever home you better believe that patriot will always be my go to for everything. The staff evaluates your issue from top to bottom just to make sure they didn't miss anything! On top of that, the staff is so helpful and sweet. The in office team is on top of it with check-ins and making sure your maintenance is up to date!!!! LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!

4 months agoWoke up to no heat/hot water and they did everything to come help us the same day when our own company we usually use (and are members with) couldn’t come out for multiple days. It ended up being a much more in depth problem/project than we had originally anticipated but they stayed with us the whole way until we finally had heat and hot water again. We have had multiple companies work on/replace our boiler so we have seen it all. The work done by Patriot Pros is so much better than anything else we have seen and they actually care about their work. Javi and his team take pride in their work

6 months agoJavier is awesome! Just bought a new home with a boiler system for heating. It had a maintenance light on and I know nothing about boilers or radiant heating. He came out and answered every question I had and had to make a second trip to inspect properly and clear the codes.
Didn’t charge me to come back out and didn’t push to do unneeded repairs.
When I will need repairs, and everything breaks eventually, he’s my guy!
And just for you Javier, it may not be your mess, but you can fix it!!

Unfortunately, we had some pretty serious damage caused by a water leak and they came and fixed it quickly with keeping in mind our budget. They presented us multiple offers on what job they could do/how it would really fix the root cause and I so appreciate it. 7 months agoJavier was clearly the most professional service man that has ever come to our house. This was not a repair call but an evaluation of our current pipes and hot water heater. I have no question that Javier's goal was to correct a system that could break at anytime. Unfortunately, I just can't justify the full correction now but will keep his very complete report and refer back to it at a time that I feel I can commit the money to make the full repair. In the meantime, know that Javier and all the people at Patriot Pros have been so responsive and professional at every level...I would highly recommend them.

7 months agoPatriot Pros are the absolute best plumbing company!!!!
I had a small water leak and Javier came out to fix it the day I called. He was so kind to show me and explain to me exactly what had happened and gave me several options. I chose option B which required a special machine; and since it was the end of the day, I suggested that they return the next day, if possible, to fix the entire problem. Javier said they would return in the morning.
The next morning Anthony came to fix the pipes.
Anthony is very professional, personable and he did an excellent job!! Once he finished, he explained exactly what he did which was beyond my expectations. Anthony not only fixed the problem and improved the old set up, he left the area spotless!!!
I highly, highly recommend Patriot Pros for any and all plumbing issues!! Thank you Patriot Pros!

7 months agoI found Patriot Pros by just seeing their vans around town. I called on Friday and got an appointment 3 days later (Monday). Customer service was great. My technician was Gerry. He was on time, pleasant to speak to, helped me with my trap door and got everything done quickly and neatly. I’ll definitely be using Patriot Pros again because apparently they do a little of everything.
Update: I’ve continued to work with them over the years and they continue to be fantastic! I love how they advocate for the one job completion solution instead of the Band-Aid fix. They also make sure that you’re making an informed choice and don’t use pressure sales techniques. The owner is fantastic and all the technicians have been polite, respectful, and I’ve been comfortable hosting in my home.

7 months agoZach, Javier, and the whole Patriot team always provides the ideal with their services and materials. Their materials and methods are brand new and cutting edge, and their products and installation are industry standard and above. These are the guys you hire when you don’t want anyone to need to come out again for the maximum potential length of time. When you want the job done perfectly right and thoroughly the first time.
Within an hour of arriving, Zach figured out what was really going wrong, and after using the telescoping camera, recommended we not get vent cleaning for another 1-3 years; instead, he recommended we use a shop vac to clean the upper part of the vents only, and said that our AC system is not overrun with mold the way the other company lied to us, yet still offered a mitigation system that is preemptive and which would clean our entire home air system to hospital grade purity standards.

I was completely comfortable to have them provide me with the service I needed and they did not disappoint. The service tech who did my service work was Zachary Vieth. He did amazing. Super friendly. 9 months agoThermostat had been going off and on over the last couple days. Christopher and Isaiah came out and noticed some excessive condensation that was tripping the unit. Cleaned out the lines and good to go. Also performed my furnish check for the upcoming season. Highly recommend this company, had nothing but great experiences.

9 months agoI had Patriot Pros visit my home to look at my gas lines and plumbing lines. The site visit charge was 100% worth it. They stayed for several hours and showed me everything to be concerned with and even gave tips on how to fix it myself.

Just another thanks again for all the wonderful work that Patriot Pros heating does for me. They checked my split air conditioning and heating and actually answered all the questions that I have. They're respectful they're on time. The quality of service is excellent. That's why I've used them for over 15 years. Javier and Sarah are wonderful owners. His knowledge gave me a path moving forward with repairs and replacement. He didn’t try to swindle me or up charge me. He was honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. 10 months agoOur humidifier was not working. We purchased one, along with a brand new heater and hot water tank (2 years ag) Daryl was our tech and he was just so nice. He came in like an old friend and/or our brother. My conure, Quincy is picky about who he likes AND no issue. Daryl was again part of the family. He answered our questions and was quick and efficient. Once again I will say this company EXCELS at customer service and commitment to do the job correctly and in a timely manner. I recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.
We love Patriot pros they come out and service our furnace and air conditioner. We recommend this company they’re the best! We had a technician come and change the filter in the humidifier, but I guess it wasn’t put in quite right? Shay Came today, May 17, 2025 fix the issue very quick and he was extremely friendly and very professional!

11 months agoThe technician provided excellent service searching for possible problems with the air conditioner. The whole time he asked permission to access places, take off panels, etc and shared findings/education on what was found .. or not. He was very thorough and polite.
I am posting again after calling in an emergency request to address a plumbing issue - I had NO water! The technician was very professional, reassuring and thorough in trying to find the cause. In a short time he not only found and solved the problem. He was polite, patient, listened carefully to my remarks.
Once again I had to have a service call to get my air conditioner to function. The technician worked very hard (in hot weather) to locate the problem and fixed it . I am so grateful for competent, efficient, excellent effort to stay with staying with the problem and solve it.

Called them in about my dishwasher which just turned out to be a symptom of a larger issue that had been causing lots of other little issues around our house. New, beautiful, tankless, water heater installed and now no more worries. Javier and his team of experts were friendly, courteous, and hardworking. They explained everything clearly and gave us multiple options to choose from. They were at our house until the job was done, which meant a long 12hr day on the job. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional experience we received.

12 months agoShay was able to come out after hours to address my plumbing needs. I am putting my house on the market so it was critical to get the issue resolved. Shay was courteous and took the time to explain the options. He made sure the shower was functioning properly and showed me that it was fully resolved before leaving. Great service from Sarah in the office, as well!
