Patriot Pros Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the repair clearly, completed the work efficiently, and did it right the first time. I really appreciated the honest pricing and how respectful Chad was of my home. It’s such a relief to find a plumbing company you can truly trust. I’ll definitely be using Patriot Pros Plumbing again and would highly recommend them—especially Chad!

The Staff at Patriot Pros really does care. They go out of their way to make sure your family is taken care of. I have no words for the amount of compassion and love they pour into the business. You get what you pay for and i'll always recommend paying for value instead of the cheapest you can find. When I move and get my forever home you better believe that patriot will always be my go to for everything. The staff evaluates your issue from top to bottom just to make sure they didn't miss anything! On top of that, the staff is so helpful and sweet. The in office team is on top of it with check-ins and making sure your maintenance is up to date!!!! LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!

Woke up to no heat/hot water and they did everything to come help us the same day when our own company we usually use (and are members with) couldn’t come out for multiple days. It ended up being a much more in depth problem/project than we had originally anticipated but they stayed with us the whole way until we finally had heat and hot water again. We have had multiple companies work on/replace our boiler so we have seen it all. The work done by Patriot Pros is so much better than anything else we have seen and they actually care about their work. Javi and his team take pride in their work

Javier is awesome! Just bought a new home with a boiler system for heating. It had a maintenance light on and I know nothing about boilers or radiant heating. He came out and answered every question I had and had to make a second trip to inspect properly and clear the codes. Didn’t charge me to come back out and didn’t push to do unneeded repairs. When I will need repairs, and everything breaks eventually, he’s my guy! And just for you Javier, it may not be your mess, but you can fix it!!

Zach and Sekou did incredible work on our house. Unfortunately, we had some pretty serious damage caused by a water leak and they came and fixed it quickly with keeping in mind our budget. They presented us multiple offers on what job they could do/how it would really fix the root cause and I so appreciate it. Javier was clearly the most professional service man that has ever come to our house. This was not a repair call but an evaluation of our current pipes and hot water heater. I have no question that Javier's goal was to correct a system that could break at anytime. Unfortunately, I just can't justify the full correction now but will keep his very complete report and refer back to it at a time that I feel I can commit the money to make the full repair. In the meantime, know that Javier and all the people at Patriot Pros have been so responsive and professional at every level...I would highly recommend them.

Patriot Pros are the absolute best plumbing company!!!! I had a small water leak and Javier came out to fix it the day I called. He was so kind to show me and explain to me exactly what had happened and gave me several options. I chose option B which required a special machine; and since it was the end of the day, I suggested that they return the next day, if possible, to fix the entire problem. Javier said they would return in the morning. The next morning Anthony came to fix the pipes. Anthony is very professional, personable and he did an excellent job!! Once he finished, he explained exactly what he did which was beyond my expectations. Anthony not only fixed the problem and improved the old set up, he left the area spotless!!! I highly, highly recommend Patriot Pros for any and all plumbing issues!! Thank you Patriot Pros!

I found Patriot Pros by just seeing their vans around town. I called on Friday and got an appointment 3 days later (Monday). Customer service was great. My technician was Gerry. He was on time, pleasant to speak to, helped me with my trap door and got everything done quickly and neatly. I’ll definitely be using Patriot Pros again because apparently they do a little of everything. Update: I’ve continued to work with them over the years and they continue to be fantastic! I love how they advocate for the one job completion solution instead of the Band-Aid fix. They also make sure that you’re making an informed choice and don’t use pressure sales techniques. The owner is fantastic and all the technicians have been polite, respectful, and I’ve been comfortable hosting in my home.

Zach, Javier, and the whole Patriot team always provides the ideal with their services and materials. Their materials and methods are brand new and cutting edge, and their products and installation are industry standard and above. These are the guys you hire when you don’t want anyone to need to come out again for the maximum potential length of time. When you want the job done perfectly right and thoroughly the first time. Within an hour of arriving, Zach figured out what was really going wrong, and after using the telescoping camera, recommended we not get vent cleaning for another 1-3 years; instead, he recommended we use a shop vac to clean the upper part of the vents only, and said that our AC system is not overrun with mold the way the other company lied to us, yet still offered a mitigation system that is preemptive and which would clean our entire home air system to hospital grade purity standards.

Our humidifier was not working. We purchased one, along with a brand new heater and hot water tank (2 years ag) Daryl was our tech and he was just so nice. He came in like an old friend and/or our brother. My conure, Quincy is picky about who he likes AND no issue. Daryl was again part of the family. He answered our questions and was quick and efficient. Once again I will say this company EXCELS at customer service and commitment to do the job correctly and in a timely manner. I recommend this company, you will not be disappointed. We love Patriot pros they come out and service our furnace and air conditioner. We recommend this company they’re the best! We had a technician come and change the filter in the humidifier, but I guess it wasn’t put in quite right? The technician provided excellent service searching for possible problems with the air conditioner. The whole time he asked permission to access places, take off panels, etc and shared findings/education on what was found .. or not. He was very thorough and polite. I am posting again after calling in an emergency request to address a plumbing issue - I had NO water! The technician was very professional, reassuring and thorough in trying to find the cause. In a short time he not only found and solved the problem. He was polite, patient, listened carefully to my remarks. Once again I had to have a service call to get my air conditioner to function. The technician worked very hard (in hot weather) to locate the problem and fixed it . I am so grateful for competent, efficient, excellent effort to stay with staying with the problem and solve it.

Just had the best experience with a plumbing company. Called them in about my dishwasher which just turned out to be a symptom of a larger issue that had been causing lots of other little issues around our house. The technician provided excellent service searching for possible problems with the air conditioner. The whole time he asked permission to access places, take off panels, etc and shared findings/education on what was found .. or not. He was very thorough and polite. I am posting again after calling in an emergency request to address a plumbing issue - I had NO water! The technician was very professional, reassuring and thorough in trying to find the cause. In a short time he not only found and solved the problem. He was polite, patient, listened carefully to my remarks.

Christopher conducted a detailed inspection of our all our interior plumbing and diagnosed what we thought was a leak in our guest bedroom shower. After testing the drain and supply line, he discovered that some of the grout had shrunk and determined that was the liked source of the leak. We reviewed all of his findings in detail. Patriot came out this morning and we agreed to put in a new system. Their guys were here 2 hrs. later and by 7:00 pm we have cool air coming out the vents. All their guys were polite and did not leave a mess. When I was putting in my password in the Nest thermostat I kept messing up but Wolfgang was patient and kept helping me get it right. Great crew.

Our humidifier was not working. We purchased one, along with a brand new heater and hot water tank (2 years ag) Daryl was our tech and he was just so nice. He came in like an old friend and/or our brother. My conure, Quincy is picky about who he likes AND no issue. Daryl was again part of the family. He answered our questions and was quick and efficient. Once again I will say this company EXCELS at customer service and commitment to do the job correctly and in a timely manner. I recommend this company, you will not be disappointed. We love Patriot pros they come out and service our furnace and air conditioner. We recommend this company they’re the best! We had a technician come and change the filter in the humidifier, but I guess it wasn’t put in quite right? Patriot Pro's installed a completely new furnace, Water Heater, and AC system for us when our old system was due to be replaced. We had a great experience from start to finish, and our system has been working great from day one. During annual system inspections we've learned a ton of good information from the techs to do routine maintenance tasks ourselves. Each and every person we've talked to representing Patriot Pro's has been a shining beacon of customer service, and helpfulness. As someone that does not have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, it is always a comfort knowing that there is a person to talk to anytime something needs explanation, and we really appreciate being able to get a professional showing up on time during service and inspection appointments. Clarissa checked the lavatories to ensure proper functioning, adjusted the pressure at my request and sealed a small spot on the guest bathtub. She was professional, personable and an excellent representative of her company, Patriot Pros! I recommend this company highly! Xavier did an outstanding job installing a whole house surge protector. He is professional at all times, friendly and pleasant to interact with! The company itself, PatriotPros, is easy to work with and always customer oriented. I recommend them wholeheartedly! Frankie and Steve checked my water heater to determine the cause of its failure. They did a thorough analysis and determined a breaker had tripped then remedied that. They also found that a part needed to be replaced to meet the current City code. They were professional and explained everything they found. The company is always responsive and pleasant on the phone and in person. I recommend them highly! Nick did an excellent job today doing a check of the furnace/airconditioner. He was quite thorough and explained everything so that I understood what he did. I would recommend Nick and Patriot Pros highly! Today Zavier and Chris fixed an issue for my furnace/air conditioner and recommended I replace the filter monthly. They were very pleasant and kept me informed throughout the process.
