I have had many experiences with other HVAC companies and plumbers, and I have never seen a company that cares that much about their customer than Patriot Pros. They seem pretty passionate about it. Others have used scare tactics or pressure me. But they just leave the choice up to me. And I like that their techs look very professional unlike many that have been in my homes before. And as a single woman, I want to feel like I can trust who is in my home. Plus I like that they wear cameras on their uniforms so the company owners and insurance company also can see the job they did and the actions they took. Overall excellent!
