My husband recently found this company to use their $49 promotion for an A/C tune up. They did not disappoint! Their service was promptly on time with a text message alerting they were on the way and would arrive in about a half hour. Jeremiah was the tech to do our service and he was kind, professional and a great conversationalist. He started by checking our furnace and then went outside to assess our A/C unit. He assured there weren’t any concerns and gave recommendations for future services that would be needed in a couple years. All around, we are pleasantly glad to have found this company and will intend to use them for any future needs.

I had a pipe burst in my basement on a Sunday evening. Patriot Pros were available to come and take care of the problem. They provided prompt service, investigated the issue thoroughly, and fixed the broken pipe. All questions were answered and they always asked for my consent before doing anything.
