The technician provided excellent service searching for possible problems with the air conditioner. The whole time he asked permission to access places, take off panels, etc and shared findings/education on what was found .. or not. He was very thorough and polite. I am posting again after calling in an emergency request to address a plumbing issue - I had NO water! The technician was very professional, reassuring and thorough in trying to find the cause. In a short time he not only found and solved the problem. He was polite, patient, listened carefully to my remarks. Once again I had to have a service call to get my air conditioner to function. The technician worked very hard (in hot weather) to locate the problem and fixed it . I am so grateful for competent, efficient, excellent effort to stay with staying with the problem and solve it.
