Alex has to be the nicest young man I have ever met. Very polite, took his time and was very thorough as to not miss anything that is or could become an issue. Explained in detail what what his findings were, along with what steps should be taken forward . Very pleasant person to make a person feel better about an unpleasant situation. Thank you Alex.

The whole experience was very professional and personal at the same time. When I called the first time the lady that answered the phone was very thorough in her questions and confirming my answers. She told me a dispatcher would be in touch about scheduling. Sara called me back shortly after and took all of the information, gave me her direct line back if I had questions. The next day everything went exactly as she had said. The technician, I am bad with names, was just amazing; very thorough and so courteous and thoughtful. Explained everything very well - the only disappointment was the manufacturer's warranty that basically covered 1/18th of the cost of a $4,000 part - not this companies fault but I sure would research what is being put in your home because our furnace is only 2 years old, just past Patriot Pro's warranty and then the manufacturer only covered $600 of a $4,000 blower motor that should not have gone out at 2 years. The people at Patriot Pros are professionals from start to finish.
