They advertise seven-star service. So— I’m adding five more stars of my own: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because they did better than just seven. These guys are great. Seriously. They are very professional and you get what you pay for. On their way out to my house for the service call, they even offered to pick something up from the store, just in case I needed anything. They fixed my a/c unit issue while they were out, too! Patriot Pros, you just picked up a new loyal customer!

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor, which they replaced on the spot. They also took the time to explain what happened and shared preventative maintenance tips, with no upselling. Best of all, the total cost was only $50.
