The two techs from Patriot Pros were incredibly polite and professional as they repaired my A/C issues. The understandable explanation of the problem and the remedy was much appreciated. If only my doctor were so patient and instructive! I am so glad I chose Patriot Pros for my HVAC and plumbing needs!

Team did a great job!

My husband recently found this company to use their $49 promotion for an A/C tune up. They did not disappoint! Their service was promptly on time with a text message alerting they were on the way and would arrive in about a half hour. Jeremiah was the tech to do our service and he was kind, professional and a great conversationalist. He started by checking our furnace and then went outside to assess our A/C unit. He assured there weren’t any concerns and gave recommendations for future services that would be needed in a couple years. All around, we are pleasantly glad to have found this company and will intend to use them for any future needs.

I had a pipe burst in my basement on a Sunday evening. Patriot Pros were available to come and take care of the problem. They provided prompt service, investigated the issue thoroughly, and fixed the broken pipe. All questions were answered and they always asked for my consent before doing anything. Very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company.

Patriot Pro’s technician, service, and scheduling team were simply fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or a family member. They diagnosed and solved an issue where they could’ve absolutely raked me over the coals, instead they led with integrity and a simple solution that was inexpensive and solved the issue . These days, businesses operating with integrity are not as common as we would all like and as a result, I felt compelled to write this review because these behaviors should be rewarded and amplified. They have made a customer for life and you should give them a shot because maybe they will earn your lifetime Business as well.

They advertise seven-star service. So— I’m adding five more stars of my own: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because they did better than just seven. These guys are great. Seriously. They are very professional and you get what you pay for. On their way out to my house for the service call, they even offered to pick something up from the store, just in case I needed anything. They fixed my a/c unit issue while they were out, too! Patriot Pros, you just picked up a new loyal customer!
