2 weeks agoI don’t think I have enough good things to say about Patriot Pros. Last Saturday, I heard a hissing and trickling sound coming from my utility closet, so I gave them a call. Both Javier and Sarah were quick to come out and diagnose the issue, something no homeowner wants to hear; the main water line was leaking somewhere in the front yard. After making a few phone calls and going over their extremely transparent pricing, they made the plan to dig first thing Monday morning. By 5pm that afternoon, the front yard had a new water line buried 6 feet deep, ready to go for another 100 years, all while leaving the yard looking just as they started after such a massive job. Throughout the whole process, their level of professionalism was unmatched. It’s clear that attention to detail and integrity are things they absolutely do not compromise on. There were no hidden surprises or changes, and any possibilities were given to me up front. They helped turn a nightmare into actually a pleasant experience, all while giving me true peace of mind.

3 weeks agoI highly recommend Patriot Pros. The ac in our house failed on what happened to be the hottest week so far this year. I contacted them and they were quick to respond and determined to work with my schedule to get a repair done. They had appointments the same day. Once here our technician identified the problem quickly and had the part on hand to get it fixed. He explained the repair and what caused the failure. Also while there he took the time to give our whole system a health check. As a bonus he took a look at a potential project I wanted done.
Really what stood out to me was the great communication and knowledgeable hard working employees. There’s probably a lot of options around Denver area but Patriot Pros are the best option by far.
