Javier was clearly the most professional service man that has ever come to our house. This was not a repair call but an evaluation of our current pipes and hot water heater. I have no question that Javier's goal was to correct a system that could break at anytime. Unfortunately, I just can't justify the full correction now but will keep his very complete report and refer back to it at a time that I feel I can commit the money to make the full repair.
